GlowStar Digital is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to start conversations with prospects and book client meetings. You’ll be cold calling, setting meetings for our closer, practicing regularly with roleplays, and working inside a modern CRM. This remote, independent contractor role offers exceptional flexibility, performance-based earnings, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing and innovative company.
$1,000 bonus in your first month when 20 decision-makers show up to your booked meetings.
Earn 30% commission on each new paying client's monthly revenue for their first 2 months.
Ongoing Commission: Earn monthly recurring revenue for the life of every client you help bring in.
Per-Meeting Bonus: $20 for every qualified meeting that shows.
Commission payouts are sent on a timely, twice-monthly schedule, with each bonus paid the following Friday.
